How custom orders work

1. Place your order and send us your artwork — vector files (.AI, .SVG, .EPS, .PDF) are ideal, but we can clean up a high-resolution PNG or JPG.
2. We send a digital proof for your approval before anything touches the laser.
3. Once approved, engraving and shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.

Dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended to keep the powder coat looking new. Do not microwave.
