• Material — wood, metal, glass, leather, or stone (not sure? tell us what it's for and we'll recommend one)
• Item type & rough size — a cutting board, a sign, a set of coasters, etc., and roughly how big
• Quantity — one piece, or a batch (weddings, corporate gifts, and team orders welcome)
• Timeline — is this for a specific date? Let us know so we can confirm we can hit it
