Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time

Every item is made to order in our Virginia shop. Ready-to-ship items go out within 1–3 business days. Personalized and custom items take 3–7 business days to produce before shipping. Large or complex custom orders may take longer; we'll let you know if so. Delivery estimates start when your order ships, not when it's placed.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email sales@inklessstudios.com and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before shipping.
